Recipes from the GREATs

Renowned chefs Jehangir Mehta, Maxime Bilet and Maneet Chauhaun are ambassadors for the GREAT Kitchens program.  The three chefs have completed the online training course and are advocates of safe gluten-free food preparation.  Below you'll find recipes from the three chefs that were demo'd on the World Culinary Stage at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show 2014.
