- 1 cup sesame seeds, toasted – ground fine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. pistachios, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- Combine sesame seeds, spices, raisins, and honey in a coffee or spice grinder. Pulverize into a thick paste and spread onto silipat in a thin layer. Let rest for 2 hours or more. Cut into various shapes for topping.
