GREAT Kitchens – Management

The GREAT Kitchens Management course is for owners, general managers and members of the designated gluten-free team. This course provides comprehensive gluten-free education to enable you and your team to develop and implement a gluten-free initiative.

  • Ingredients
  • Back-of-the-House
  • Front-of-the-House
  • Implementation

A downloadable manual is also included with the GREAT Kitchens – Management course.  A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to those receiving 80% or above on exam that follows the training course.
