Gluten-Free Flour Blend

Makes 10 cups
Ingredients:
- 6 cups Argo Corn Starch
- 3 cups brown rice flour
- 1 cup potato starch
- 2 Tbsp. xanthan gum
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
- Store in tightly closed container.
Use this mix to make cookies, brownies, scones and pie crust
