Foodservice establishments that achieve GREAT accreditation (or GREAT status) prove their commitment to keeping their gluten-free guests safe and comfortable throughout their dining experience.  After you've completed the GREAT Kitchens or GREAT Schools, Colleges and Camps courses, take the first step toward accreditation by filling out this form. Additional information will be requested once you have completed the preliminary application.
